How to save the planet - one cocktail at a time / Moonlight on the Peach

All this fuss over green drinks and green bars raises more than a couple of questions, I think. I can’t help but wonder, for instance, how many people popping down to the saloon for a cocktail or two are looking for the very healthiest drinks they can find. That’s not really the point. The point, I think, is that some people out there in the bar scene are looking out for Pachamama. That’s Mother Earth, or Mother Universe, to you non-Andean types.
