Raphael “Ray” Isaacs of the Portola Café in the Monterey Bay Aquarium; Karen “Spike” Brock of Wills Fargo, Carmel Valley; and Anthony “Antman” Vitacca of Montrio Bistro, Monterey put on a show in front of a packed house (an estimated 300 of their most ardent fans). Partygoers chanted the names of their favorite mixologists, held handpainted signs and waved glowing blue cubes like cigarette lighters at a rock concert.
