For the last decade or so, there’s been a renewed interest in cocktails and the “mixologists” who create them. We saw a return of those cocktails of yore — classics such as the martini, the manhattan, the pisco sour. The nostalgic appeal of cocktails was indisputable.

CoowWoow.com is a website dedicated to cocktails and those that love them.

The Blog started out as a place for me to post some writings about cocktails and specifically my research trying to recreate the Coow Woow, but it’s morphed into more.
