New restaurant’s owner pays respects to his peers with his cocktail list
So when he decided to open Boneta, the other bartenders in town were dying of curiosity to see what crazy idea he’d come up with for his cocktail list.
His crazy idea was to pay tribute to them.

CoowWoow.com is a website dedicated to cocktails and those that love them.
The Blog started out as a place for me to post some writings about cocktails and specifically my research trying to recreate the Coow Woow, but it’s morphed into more.
Now I’m using it to document and share the reading I’m doing related to cocktail trends and preparation for opening my store The Boston Shaker.
